PG&E’s EVCN Fleet Program “seeks to expand the adoption of medium/ heavy duty electric vehicles (EV) within PG&E’s service territory.” The effective sales and marketing support for this effort drove an intimate understanding of the customer journey, ensuring PG&E can deliver a compelling message, in an appropriate format, at every critical touchpoint on the path to purchase. Our success was measured by the utilization of the materials by the EVCN sales professional which was 80%.
